摘　　要：从土石坝现场安全检查和安全检测两个方面入手,展开了对水库大坝安全评价工作的技术探讨,论述了土石坝现场安全检查与安全检测工作中的技术要点,较详细地阐述了各环节应注意的关键问题。Two key issues related to safety evaluation of earth and rockfill dam are raised and for discussion,including field security inspection and safety detection. In-depth analysis is made on technical issues that need to pay more attention during the safety evaluation stages.
