摘 要:奥氏体不锈钢对接接头广泛用于压力管道制造过程中,焊接接头的质量直接影响到承压特种设备的安全。目前,NB/T 47013-2015明确规定常规脉冲反射法超声检测只适用于10~80 mm的奥氏体不锈钢管对接接头。大量4~10 mm薄壁奥氏体不锈钢压力管道对接接头只能采用射线检测。运用相控阵超声检测技术对4~10 mm壁厚工件进行可行性研究,通过实验验证了相控阵检测技术的可行性和有效性。Austenitic stainless steel is one of commonly used material in pressure piping, and the quality of its welding joint will directly relative to the safety of pressure equipment. Currently, in standard NB/T 47013-2015, it is stipulated that conventional pulse reflection ultrasonic detection is only applicable to austenitic stainless steel butt joint with the size of 10 ~ 80 mm, thus large amount of butt joints with the size of 4 ~10 mm have to be inspected by using X-ray detection. In this article, the feasibility of using phased array ultrasonic detection to the butt joint with the size of 4 ~10 mm was studied. From the experiment, the feasibility and effectiveness of using phased array ultrasonic detection has been verified.
