摘　　要：简要论述了国外大口径管道焊接内对口器现状和国内带铜衬垫气动内对口器结构和功能,并介绍了新开发的小口径管道焊接衬垫装置。新衬垫装置组成包括头部支撑对口部件、头部衬垫导推部件、中间筒杆连接部件、尾部推拉定位部件四部分,装置具有适用于小口径管道、结构简单紧凑、可随管道口径变化而方便调整、操作简便快捷、制造成本很低等优点。The current situation of using inner aligning device for large diameter piping welding in foreign countries was briefly stated, and also the structure and function of inner pneumatic aligning device with copper padding used in China and newly developed padding device for small diameter piping welding were introduced. New padding device consists of aligning part with head support, head padding guide part, middle barrel connection part and tail push and pull positioning part. This device is applicable to small diameter piping welding, and it has the advantages of compact structure, good adjustability with diameter, easy operation and low cost in fabrication.
