中医情志护理干预用于银屑病患者中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中医情志护理干预用于银屑病患者中的效果.方法随机抽取84例银屑病患者的临床资料进行分析,分为常规组和护理组各42例,分别进行常规护理、中医情志护理干预,比较2组护理前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,生活质量评分及银屑病皮损面积与严重程度指数(PASI).结果护理前,2组SDS、SAS及生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,护理组各项评分显著优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,常规组PASI为(6.67±2.36)分,护理组为(3.65±1.62)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医情志护理干预用于银屑病患者中的效果显著.Objective To explore the nursing effect of emotional nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with psoriasis.Methods The clinical data of 84 patients with psoriasis were randomly selected and analyzed.They were divided into routine group and nursing group,42 cases in each group.They were given routine nursing and emotional nursing intervention respectively.The scores of depression(SDS),anxiety(SAS),quality of life(QOL)and psoriasis lesion area and severity index(PASI)before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of the nursing group were significantly better than those ofthe conventional group(P<0.05).After nursing,the PASI of the conventional group was(6.67±2.36)points,and that of the nursing group was(3.65±1.62)points,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional nursingintervention oftraditionalChinesemedicine has a significant effect in the nursingofpsoriasis patients.
