云南白药外敷联合局部热敷对缓解血栓性外痔术后患者疼痛感的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨云南白药外敷联合局部热敷对缓解血栓性外痔术后患者疼痛感的临床效果.方法选取60例血栓性外痔患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方式将其分为对照组(单用云南白药外敷治疗,n=30)与联合组(采用云南白药外敷联合局部热敷治疗,n=30),治疗2周后对2组患者的疼痛积分和肿胀积分改善情况以及治疗总有效率进行比较.结果治疗后,联合组患者的疼痛积分和肿胀积分改善情况均明显优于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组、对照组的总有效率分别为96.67%、80.00%,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05).结论云南白药外敷联合局部热敷治疗血栓性外痔的临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者疼痛、肿胀等临床症状,提高疗效.Objective Toinvestigate the clinical effect ofYunnanBaiyaoexternal application combinedwith local hot compress on relieving pain in patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoids.Methods Sixty patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoids were enrolled in this study.All of them were diagnosed by clinical signs and symptoms.According to different treatment methods,they were divided intotwogroups:control group(onlywithYunnan Baiyaoexternal application,n=30)and combination group(usingYunnan Baiyao external application combined with local hot compress treatment,n=30),and observed for 2 weeks after treatment for 2 groups of patients.The pain score and swellingscore improve the situation.The total effective rate ofthe two groups oftreatments was compared.Results After treatment,the improvement of pain score and swelling score in the combined group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate ofthe combined group and the control groupwere 96.67%and 80.00%,respectively.Statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Yunnan Baiyao external application combined with local hot compress in the treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids is significant,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms such as pain and swelling,and has a significant clinical application value.
