内蒙古乌海地区三线建设述论

摘　　要：1964年开始,在中央的安排下,内蒙古自治区党委筹划开展小三线建设。1965年4月,内蒙古第一通用机械厂、第二通用机械厂、第三通用机械厂等12个小三线项目相继落户今乌海地区的海勃湾。经过多年建设,乌海地区的小三线建设不仅对地区工业经济的发展做出了贡献,为当地医疗、职业教育事业提供了支持,而且推动了地区的城市化发展。同时,这些三线企业无论在初创时期还是在军转民时期,它们的建设与发展都给后人留下了宝贵的历史经验。In 1964, under the arrangement of the Central Committee, the Party committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region planned to carry out the construction of the third line. In April 1965, Inner Mongolia’s first general machinery plant, the second general machinery plant, the third general machinery plant, and other twelve third line projects have settled in Haibowan in the present Wuhai area. After years of construction, The construction of small third line in Wuhai not only contributes to the development of regional industrial economy, but also provides support for local medical and vocational education.Moreover, it has promoted the development of urbanization in the region. At the same time, also left some Precious historical experience.
