摘　　要：在现实中,人类作为特殊的存在,人类的发展与万物的发展有着质的不同;近现代意义上的发展与进步、进化范畴密不可分,发展是进步与进化的统一;发展既包含着客观事实也包含着主观选择,是事实判断与价值判断的统一。In reality, as a special type of existence, human development is qualitatively different from that of all other things;Development in modern sense is inseparable from the category of progress and evolution. Development is the unity of progress and evolution. Development contains both objective facts and subjective choices. It is the unity of fact judgment and value judgment.
