摘  要:为了研究深部开采巷道内流固耦合换热过程,采用计算流体软件FLUENT对该过程进行了数值模拟,并利用正交试验和单因素试验方法,探讨了通风温度、围岩壁温、隔热层厚度、巷道长度以及通风速度等因素对巷道降温效果的影响。正交试验结果表明,各因素对巷道降温效果的影响大小排序为入风温度>壁温>隔热层厚度>巷道长度>风速。单因素试验结果表明,隔热层厚度和巷道终点温度之间呈负幂指数关系,壁温、风温和巷道温度之间呈现出正线性关系。利用SPSS软件对数值试验的结果进行了分析,得到了巷道出口温度与上述因素间的定量关系式,为工程设计提供了有效的参考依据。To investigate the fluid-solid conjugated heat transfer process in deep mining roadway,numerical simulation was carried out by using FLUENT software.The effects of ventilation temperature,wall temperature of surrounding rock,thickness of thermal insulation layer,roadway length and ventilation speed on the cooling effect of roadway were discussed by using orthogonal test and single factor test.The orthogonal test results indicated that the order of influencing factors on the cooling effect of roadway was ventilation temperature>wall temperature>thickness of thermal insulation layer>roadway length>ventilation velocity.Single factor test results revealed that there was a negative exponential relationship between thickness of thermal insulation layer and outlet temperature,and a positive linear relationship between wall temperature,ventilation temperature and roadway temperature.The results of numerical test were analyzed by SPSS software,and the quantitative relationship between the outlet temperature of roadway and the above factors was obtained,which provided an effective reference for engineering design.
