摘  要:利用多次电沉积和自组装技术交替,在玻碳电极上制备有序的多层膜(石墨烯/普鲁士蓝)5(PB/r GO)5),开发了一种灵敏直接型的电化学免疫传感器并应用于癌胚抗原的检测。金纳米粒子被吸附到多层膜的表面固定癌胚抗体,多层膜的结构能有效的防止普鲁士蓝从电极表面上的泄露,也提高了传感器的稳定性。多层膜中的普鲁士蓝同时也是信号分子,从而避免在检测液中添加其它的电活性分子。电化学及扫描显微镜用于表征传感器的制备过程。在最优的实验条件下,该传感器对癌胚抗原的检测范围为0. 2~60. 0 ng/mL,检测限为50 pg/mL(S/N=3)。Based on the use of a glassy carbon electrode ( GCE) modified with an ordered multi-layer films made from PB, graphene via alternate electrodeposition and self-assembly, a sensitive and labelfree electrochemical immunosensor for the detection of carcinoembryonic antigen was developed. AuNPs were electrostatically adsorbed on the surface of the film and used for the immobilization of antibody. The possibility of leakage of PB from the electrode surface was decreased and the stability of the biosensor was improved obviously by using multi-layer films. PB acted as signal molecule, avoiding the trouble of adding a mediator to the sample solution. The fabrication process of immunosensor was characterized by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) and electrochemical measurements, respectively, the calibration curves showed a good linearly from 0. 2 to 60. 0 ng/mL, with a detection limit of 50 pg/mL.
