摘 要:采用原位生长法制备ZIF-8@β-CDPs金属骨架复合微球,并通过SEM,FT-IR,XRD和BET分析对其结构进行表征。结果证明,ZIF-8成功生长在β-CD聚合物微球(β-CDPs)表面,且具有较好的结晶度和晶体骨架结构。同时,与β-CDPs相比,比表面积和孔容积均有显著提高。将所制备的ZIF-8@β-CDPs应用于吸附手性芳香族氨基酸对映体(D-和L-色氨酸、D-和L-苯丙氨酸和D-和L-酪氨酸)。结果表明,ZIF-8@β-CDPs对3种氨基酸对映体均表现出良好的吸附效果,且对L-型氨基酸的吸附容量明显高于相应的D-型,平衡吸附行为符合Freundlich模型。该吸附剂具有易于合成和快速分析等优点。The new metal organic framework composites of ZIF-8@β-CDPs were synthesized by in-situ growth method. The structure of ZIF-8@β-CDPs was characterized by SEM,FT-IR,XRD diffraction and BET analysis. The results showed that ZIF-8 with good crystallinity successfully loaded on the surface of β-CD polymer microspheres(β-CDPs). And compared with β-CDPs,the specific surface area and pore volume of ZIF-8@β-CDPs were greatly improved. Finally the prepared ZIF-8@β-CDPs were used to adsorb chiral aromatic amino acid enantiomers from aqueous solutions(D-and L-tryptophan,D-and L-phenylalanine,and D-and L-Tyrosine). The results showed that ZIF-8 @β-CDPs exhibited good adsorption capability of three aromatic amino acid enantiomers. The adsorption capacity of L-enantiomers was higher than the corresponding D-enantiomer,and equilibrium adsorption results were fitted to Freundlich isotherm model. The adsorbent possessed the advantages of easy synthesis and rapid analysis.
