摘　　要：目的分析南阳市男男性行为人群(MSM)的高危行为情况和艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染的影响因素,为开展MSM人群干预工作提供科学依据。方法采用滚雪球的方法,在南阳市国家级MSM人群艾滋病监测哨点中,对2015-2018年4月至7月哨点监测期内参加MSM人群干预活动的对象,采用问卷调查收集人口学特征和相关行为特征信息,采用酶联免疫吸附试验和蛋白印迹试验进行HIV抗体检测,采用SPSS 20.0统计学软件进行数据分析。结果 2015-2018年共调查1 036例,其中115例HIV阳性,感染率为11.10%。多因素分析结果显示性取向为同性恋和未确定、最近一周肛交性行为次数≥2次和最近6个月安全套使用频率为有时使用/从未使用是感染HIV的危险因素。结论南阳市MSM人群中HIV感染率处于较高水平,应当及时采取有效措施,促进危险行为改变,控制疫情在该人群中的进一步蔓延。Objective Analyze the high-risk behaviors of MSM and the influencing factors of HIV infection,to provide a scientific basis for further intervention.Methods Using snowball method, the participants who participated in the MSM crowd intervention activities during the sentinel surveillance period from 2015 to 2018 in Nanyang City.Demographic and behavioral information was collected by questionnaire, HIV antibody was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa)and Western blot test, and the data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.Results From 2015 to 2018,1 036 cases were investigated,among them,115 cases were positive for HIV and the infection rate was 11.10 %.The results of multivariate analysis showed that sexual orientation was homosexual and uncertain. Anal sex more than2 times in the last week was a risk factor for HIV infection.Conclusions The infection rate of HIV in MSM population in Nanyang is at a high level. Effective measures should be taken in time to promote the change of risk behavior and to control the further spread of the epidemic in this population.
