摘  要:目的:研究改良跟骨钢板内固定术治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效.方法:在本院骨科2015年6月-2018年1月收治的跟骨关节内骨折患者中选出60例为对象,根据手术方法分组,对照组行传统L型切口跟骨钢板内固定术,观察组行跗骨窦入路的改良跟骨钢板内固定术,对比2组的术后并发症发生率等.结果:观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05;术后12个月的足踝功能恢复优良率:观察组96.67%,对照组80.0%,2组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论:经跗骨窦入路的改良跟骨钢板内固定术的应用有利于减轻跟骨关节内骨折患者的手术创伤,促进术后康复,促进足踝功能恢复.Objective:To study the effect of modified calcaneal plate internal fixation in the treatment of intra-articular root canal fractures.Methods:60 cases of intra-articular calcaneal fracture were selected from the orthopaedic department of our hospital from June 2015 to January 2018.According to the operation method,the control group was treated with traditional L-incision calcaneal plate internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with modified calcaneal plate internal fixation through tarsal sinus approach,and the incidence of complications was compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Excellent and good recovery rate of ankle function 12 months after surgery:96.67%in the observation group and 80.0%in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of modified sacral sinus approach for calcaneus plate fixation was beneficial to reduce the surgical trauma of patients with intra-articular calcaneal fractures,could promote postoperative rehabilitation and promote the recovery of athlete's foot function.
