摘　　要：目的:探究肌骨创伤患者围术期康复介入进展及优势.方法:抽取我院2016年1月-2018年7月期间收入骨科创伤患者80例,按照入院先后顺序不同分为2组,对照组40例常规康复,观察组40例予以围术期康复,并对2组术后相关指标、情绪、疼痛及其生活质量进行评定.结果:观察组不良反应率5.0%,低于对照组20.0%,2组差异有意义(P<0.05),2组康复前VAS评分比较差异无意义(P>0.05),康复后VAS评分、住院时间、骨折愈合时间低于对照组,2组差异有意义(P<0.05),2组康复前生活质量评分比较差异无意义(P>0.05),康复后观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,2组差异有意义(P<0.05).结论:肌骨创伤患者予以围术期康复介入干预,能进一步改善患者术后疼痛情况,降低不良反应发生率,提高生活质量水平,值得推广应用.Objective:To explore the progress and advantages of perioperative rehabilitation intervention in patients with musculoskeletal trauma.Methods:80 cases of orthopedic trauma patients in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission,40 cases in the control group received routine rehabilitation and 40 cases in the observation group received perioperative rehabilitation,and the related indexes,emotions,pain and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated.Results丗 the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 5.0%,lower than that of the control group by 20.0%,the difference between the two groups was significant(p<0.05),the vas score before rehabilitation was insignificant(p>0.05),the vas score after rehabilitation,hospital stay and fracture healing time were lower than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(p<0.05),there was no significant difference in the quality of life score before rehabilitation between the two groups(p>0.05),and the quality of life score of the observation group after rehabilitation was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative rehabilitation intervention for patients with musculoskeletal trauma could further improve the postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life,which was worthy of popularization and application.
