摘  要:为实现飞行时间质谱仪精准的脉冲取样时序控制,增强实验设计的灵活性,设计了基于LabVIEW软件的飞行时间质谱仪脉冲取样实验控制分析平台。实验平台解决了数字延时发生器各通道延迟时间的连续调节、示波器数据的同步采集、原始数据记录与多通道数据的存储等关键问题,满足了飞行时间质谱仪脉冲取样复杂时序控制的需求,同时实现了飞行时间质谱数据的实时采集和质谱峰面积的处理功能。实测结果表明实验平台采样精度高,输出结果可靠,具有友好的人机交互界面以及足够的兼容性和开放性,在平台维护及功能拓展方面优势明显。In order to achieve the precise pulsed sampling time sequence of time of flight mass spectrometer,at the same time enhance the flexibility of experimental design,the pulsed sampling experimental control and analysis platform of time of flight mass spectrometer has been developed based on LabVIEW.The experimental platform solves several key problems including the continuous delay time adjustment of each channel for the digital delay generator;synchronous data acquisition of the digital oscilloscope;original data records and multi-channel data storage etc.This platform have perfectly met our demand of the complex sequential control for time of flight mass spectrometer,meanwhile,the data acquisition of mass spectroscopy and processing of relevant peak area have been realized.The experimental results have shown that this platform takes the advantage of high sampling precision and reliable output.The platform also benefits of friendly man-machine interface and plenty of compatibility and openness,which has obvious advantages of platform maintenance and function expansion.
