摘 要:实验教学是金属材料工程专业学生培养中十分重要的一个环节,结合学校人才培养目标以及金属材料工程专业课程的性质,以“材料力学性能”实验课的硬度实验为例,总结了硬度实验中出现的问题,提出了以综合实验为主、验证实验为辅的教学方式,实验内容注重与工程实际相结合,并对实验方法及考核方法进行了探讨。结果表明,实验教学的改革对提高学生的工程实验能力和培养创新意识具有积极的效果,提高了实验教学质量,并将为学生以后的工作奠定一定的工程实践基础。The experiment teaching was a very important link to cultivate students of metal material engineering combined with the talent training goal and the nature of metal material engineering.Taking the hardness experiment of“Mechanical Properties”experiment as an example,it summed up the hardness experiment problems and put forward that the verification experiment was complementary and comprehensive experiment is given priority to the way.The experimental content was focused on the combination of engineering practice.The experimental methods and assessment method of laboratory teaching were discussed.The results show that experiment teaching reform had positive effect on improving students experimental ability and the cultivation of innovation consciousness.It improved the quality of experiment teaching,and laid the engineering practical foundation for college students work in future.
