摘 要:某矿山多年来一直使用分段空场法开采,形成了大量空区,且随着开采深度的增加,地压对采场稳定的影响越来越显著,安全问题突出,故决定使用充填法开采深部矿体。针对该矿山的全尾砂进行了试验研究,得知当料浆灰砂比相同时,坍落度与其质量分数呈负相关关系,然而灰砂比的变化对坍落度产生的干扰并不大,充填体的抗压强度与灰砂比和料浆质量分数均呈正相关关系。为满足不同时期对充填体不同强度的要求,最终选择最优的灰砂比为:打底或胶面时为1∶4,一步骤采人工矿柱时为1∶6,二步骤采矿房及嗣后充填时为1∶12,料浆质量分数为72%。A large number of mined-out areas have been formed in a mine by sublevel open stoping method for many years.With the increase of mining depth,the influence of ground pressure on the stability of stope is more and more significant,and the safety problem is prominent.Therefore,it is decided to use filling mining method for deep ore body.The experimental study is carried out on the total tailings in the mine.It is found that when the ratio of slurry to cement-sand is the same,the slump is negatively correlated with its concentration,but the variation of cement-sand ratio has little interference on the slump,and the compressive strength of backfill is positively correlated with both cement-sand ratio and slurry concentration.In order to meet the different requirements for different strength of backfill in different periods,the optimal cement-sand ratio is finally selected as 1/4 with the sole or glue surface being made;1/6 with the artificial ore column made in the first step,and 1/12 with the mining chamber and subsequent filling made in the second step,and the slurry concentration being 72%.
