摘  要:聚磷酸钙镁是一种新型肥料,最大的优点在于能提供聚合态的磷、钙、镁,且可以大量消耗磷酸系统产生的废弃物磷尾矿,达到资源综合利用及减少磷尾矿对环境的破坏的目的。其合成工艺主要为常温反应萃取后浓缩、干燥、煅烧,聚合度在1~4之间,磷的聚合率为80%左右,产品结构为多孔隙的球状结构。目前该生产装置已在磷资源丰富的贵州省开工建设,年生产能力为20万t。Calcium magnesium polyphosphate is a new kind of fertilizer.The biggest advantage of this product is that it can provide polymerized phosphorus,calcium and magnesium,and can consume a large amount of waste phosphate tailings generated by phosphoric acid system,so as to achieve the purpose of comprehensive utilization of resources and reduce the damage of phosphate tailings to the environment.Its synthesis process is mainly concentration,drying and calcination after reaction extraction at room temperature with the degree and rate of polymerization of phosphorus being between 1 and 4 and about 80%.The product structure is a porous spherical structure.At present,the production plant has started to be built in Guizhou,which is rich in phosphate resources, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons.
