摘　　要：科技创新作为“一带一路”建设的重要内容和重要手段,在改善民生、促进发展、应对共同挑战等方面发挥着积极作用。以吉林省为研究视角,通过建立指标体系,运用主成分分析和聚类分析方法,对吉林省与我国“一带一路”沿线重点地区的科技创新竞争力进行比较。研究结果表明,与其他发达地区相比,吉林省在研发经费等科技创新方面的投入力度不足,专利申请授权量等科技创新产出不足;但科技创新竞争力逐年稳步提升,科技创新发展潜力巨大。因此,吉林省应加大科技创新投入力度、完善科技创新保障机制、健全科技创新成果转化机制,以有效增强科技创新竞争力。Science and technology innovation, as an important content and means in the construction of “one belt, one road”, plays an active role in improving people's livelihood, promoting development, and coping with common challenges. Based on principal component analysis and cluster analysis, an index system is established in this study to compare the scientific and technological innovation competitiveness of Jilin Province and that of the key areas along the “one belt ,one road” in China. The result indicates that the investment in scientific and technological innovation such as research and development is insufficient in Jilin Province compared with other developed regions. The output of scientific and technological innovation such as patent application authorization is insufficient as well. But, the competitiveness of science and technology innovation has been steadily increasing year by year, and the potential for technological innovation is huge. Therefore, in order to effectively enhance the competitiveness of scientific and technological innovation, Jilin Province should increase investment in scien-tific and technological innovation, improve the scientific and technological innovation guarantee mechanism, and promote the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological innovation achievements.
