足踝创伤性关节炎采用微创踝关节融合术治疗临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨对足踝创伤性关节炎患者选择微创踝关节融合术治疗后获得的临床效果.方法:选择我院2016年1月-2018年5月收治的106例足踝创伤性关节炎患者作为实验对象;采用抽签法分组后进行关节炎治疗方式的选择;对照组53例,选择开放式踝关节融合术展开疾病治疗;观察组53例,选择微创踝关节融合术展开疾病治疗;最终就2组足踝创伤性关节炎患者踝后足评分、骨性融合率以及随访结果展开对比.结果:同对照组足踝创伤性关节炎患者踝后足评分对比,观察组获得明显提升(P<0.05);同对照组足踝创伤性关节炎患者骨性融合率75.47%对比,观察组98.11%获得明显提升(P<0.05);同对照组足踝创伤性关节炎患者随访结果对比,观察组获得明显改善(P<0.05).结论:医疗人员合理选择微创踝关节融合术对足踝创伤性关节炎患者进行治疗,在提高踝后足评分、骨性融合率以及改善随访结果方面可以获得明显效果,从而促进足踝创伤性关节炎患者生活品质提升,充分证明微创踝关节融合术治疗足踝创伤性关节炎疾病可行性.Objective: To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive ankle arthrodesis in patients with ankle traumatic arthritis. Methods: The 106 patients with traumatic arthritis of the foot and ankle admitted by our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were selected as experimental subjects. Selection of arthritis treatment after grouping by lottery;In the reference group (53 cases), open ankle arthrodesis was selected for disease treatment. In the study group (53 cases), minimally invasive ankle arthrodesis was selected for disease treatment. The results were compared between two groups of patients with traumatic arthritis. Results: Compared with the post - ankle scores in the control group, the study group was significantly improved ( P <0. 05 ). Compared with the control group, the bone fusion rate (75. 47%) was significantly increased in the study group (98. 11%)( P <0. 05 ). Compared with the follow - up results of the control group, the study group showed significant improvement ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion: Medical personnel and reasonable choice of minimally invasive ankle arthrodesis to treat traumatic arthritis patients with ankle after improve ankle foot score, osseous fusion rate and improve the follow - up results can obtain obvious effect, thereby promoting ankle traumatic sex arthritis patients life quality promotion, fully proved traumatic arthritis disease ankle arthrodesis minimally invasive treatment of ankle feasibility.
