摘　　要：目的探究优质护理干预在内镜清洗及消毒质量控制中的作用。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月我院内镜中心80条清洗及消毒内镜记录为观察组(行优质护理),回顾性分析2015年1月至2015年12月我院尚未开展优质护理时内镜中心80例记录为对照组(行常规护理),比较两组内镜清洗合格率及质量控制评分;结果观察组内镜清洗及消毒合格率为98.75%,高于对照组的91.25%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=4.736,P=0.029);观察组内镜及外表名清洗及消毒质量评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内镜清洗及消毒的过程中给予优质护理,建立规范化制度,有利于提高内镜清洗合格率。Objective To explore the role of quality nursing intervention in quality control of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,80 cleaning and disinfection endoscopy records of the endoscopy center of our hospital were selected as observation group(quality nursing).Retrospective analysis of the quality care was not carried out in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015.80 cases of endoscopic center were recorded as control group(routine care).Comparison of endoscopic cleaning pass rate and quality control score between the two groups.Results The endoscopy cleaning and disinfection rate of the observation group was 98.75%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was 91.25%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.736,P=0.029).The endoscopy and appearance names of the observation group were high.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of endoscope cleaning and disinfection,high quality nursing is provided,and a standardized system is established,which is conducive to improving the qualified rate of endoscope cleaning.
