摘　　要：March and April are often plagued with sands blowing across the northern grasslands of the Tibet Autonomous Region. Heavy winds seemingly never stop from dawn to dusk. Starting in May, though, the prairie suddenly changes its face as clear skies emerge and rivers and lakes begin to thaw. What better time to walk out and take in the spring air?
