摘　　要：在国际贸易业务的处理中银行会遇到拒付和被拒付的情况,虽然银行在处理单据时可以只管单据,不管贸易事实,但是作为进出口双方各自的委托银行,为了本行的声誉,一定要为委托人争取最大利益。从银行视角出发,针对几种发生频率较高的风险进行分析,探讨如何帮助委托人挽回损失。In the process of international trade business ,the bank often face with this situation repudiating or was repudiated. Although bank can just process the documents ,regardless of trade. But as the entrusted bank on both sides of imports and exports,For the reputation ,the bank must to strive for the best interests of the trustee. this paper aimed at the analysis on several risks which has the higher frequency,to discuss how to help the client to retrieve a loss.
