面向科技智库情报需求的专利分析体系探讨

摘　　要：科技智库在引导和推动国家科技发展方面起着越来越重要的作用,专利分析方法亦因其支撑作用而愈显重要。文章从科技智库的概念要素及专利情报的特点入手,主要分析了科技智库的专利情报需求,并提出了科学有效的专利分析方法对于科技智库提质增效的重要性。在此基础上,尝试构建了一个由“需求-应用-表示-内容-方法”五层面构成的专利分析体系,论证了该体系与科技智库专利情报需求的匹配性。The scientific and technological think tank is playing an increasingly important role in guiding and promoting the development of national science and technology,and the patent analysis method is becoming more and more important for its supporting role.Starting with the conceptual elements of scientific and technological think tanks and the characteristics of patent information,this paper mainly analyzes the patent information requirements of scientific and technological think tanks,and puts forward the importance of scientific and effective patent analysis methods for improving quality and increasing efficiency of scientific and technological think tanks.On this basis,this paper attempts to construct a patent analysis system composed of“demand-application-representation-content-method”,demonstrates the matching between the system and the patent information demand of science and technology think tank.
