摘 要:采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立ISO-834标准火灾作用下三面受火方中空夹层钢管再生混凝土柱计算模型,分析典型截面的温度场分布,并将耐火极限计算值与试验实测值进行比对。对材料强度、空心率、取代率、荷载比及构件计算长度等影响因素进行分析,得到三面受火方中空夹层钢管再生混凝土柱耐火极限的简化计算式。结果表明:三面受火条件下,随材料强度增大,此混凝土柱耐火极限变化不明显;耐火极限随构件空心率增大而增大,主要与背火面承受较大拉力有关;耐火极限随构件计算长度的增加下降1.2%~21.0%,随荷载比的增大下降约50%。简化计算式具有较高精度,可用于该类构件耐火极限的预测分析。The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to establish the calculation model of the recycled concrete-filled double skin tubes columns with square section exposed to fire on three sides under the ISO-834 standard fire condition. The temperature distribution of typical section was analyzed. The fire resistance limit calculated was verified by the measured value of relevant test. The factors of material strength, void ratio, replacement rate, load ratio and component calculated length were analyzed,and the simplified calculation formula for fire resistance limit of the recycled concrete filled double skin tubes columns with square section exposed to fire on three sides was obtained. The results showed that under the condition of three sides under fire, the fire resistance limit of this concrete column does not change obviously with the increase of material strength. The fire resistance limit increases with the increase of void ratio, which is mainly related to the large tensile force of the backfire surface. The fire resistance limit decreases by 1.2%~21.0% with the increase of the calculated length, and decreases by about 50% with the increase of the load ratio. The simplified calculation formula is accurate enough to be used for the predictive analysis of the fire resistance of such components.
