摘 要:大功率内燃机缸套作为发动机核心部件之一,其性能直接影响着整机的使用。详细分析了化学成分、孕育剂种类和孕育处理方式对合金铸铁材料微观组织和力学性能的影响,并借用MAGMA凝固数值模拟、中空型芯设计等方法对某缸套的铸造工艺进行了分析和优化。通过试验研究,有效控制了合金铸铁材料的石墨形态和石墨长度,解决了缩松、气孔质量问题,最终生产出质量符合要求的铸件。As one of the core components of the engine, the performance of the cylinder liner for high-power internal combustion engine directly affects the use of the whole engine. In this paper, the effects of chemical composition, inoculant type and inoculation treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of alloy cast iron cylinder liner were analyzed in detail, and the casting process was optimized by means of MAGMA solidification numerical simulation software and hollow core design method. The graphite morphology and graphite length of alloy cast iron were effectively controlled, and the shrinkage and porosity defects were eliminated. Finally, the casting with satisfactory quality was produced.
