摘　　要：随着铸造工艺技术的不断创新和进步,特别是先进铸造设备的开发和应用水平的提高,使得我国铸造行业向机械化、电子化和智能化方向发展的力度不断增大。从如何应用DISA无箱射压自动造型机生产优质铸件为出发点,研究与之相关的工艺技术和生产应用过程中的控制要点,以期能为铸造企业生产优质铸件提供借鉴。With the continuous innovation and progress of casting process, especially the development and application of advanced foundry equipment, the development of China's foundry industry towards mechanization, electronization and intelligence is increasing. Starting from how to produce high quality castings with DISA box-less injection and pressure automatic molding machine, this paper introduces the related technologies and control points in the process of production and application, with a view to providing reference for the enterprises of casting production.
