摘  要:设计了一种自动对流装置,通过后置导流板在来流的作用下自动对准来流,使前置导流板能够处在最佳工作位置.这种系统不仅能够高效发电,而且制造成本低.基于这种设计,数值仿真研究了后置导流板对叶轮的影响.结果表明:叶轮长度越低、距离旋转中心越远,对叶轮的功率系数影响越小.由于发电装置稳定性和工程技术的限制,提出叶轮的最佳布放位置在距离旋转中心2.64D(D为叶轮直径)位置处,此处导流板对叶轮的功率系数影响小于2.6%.An automatic aligning device was designed,which automatically aligned the flow through rear deflector under the action of incoming flow,so that the front baffle could be in the optimal position.This system enabled efficient power generation with low manufacturing costs.Based on this design,the influence of the rear deflector on the impeller in numerical simulation was studied.Results show that the lower of length the impeller and the farther away from the center of rotation,the effect on the power factor of the impeller is smaller.Due to the stability of power generation equipment and the limitation of engineering technology,the optimal placement position of the impeller is at the position of 2.64 D from the center of rotation,where the power factor of the deflector on the impeller is less than 2.6%.
