摘 要:宅基地整治是优化乡村空间结构、改善人居环境的重要举措,权属调整则是其中关键的一环。本文基于广东省7市31村飽入户调查数据,运用logistics模型并综合访谈记录,分析城乡融合发展中农户宅基地整治权属调整的决策因子及决策逻辑。结果表明:农户宅基地整治中权属调整较为频繁但调整意愿整体偏低。男性、听说过宅基地整治政策、以农业为主兼业和以非农业为主兼业的农户参与宅基地整治权属调整的意愿较低,而无宅基地证、高收入家庭和高家庭医疗保险参保率E农户则意愿较高。在诸多决策因子的影响下,农户遵循"宗族维系与风险规避、利益追逐"决策逻辑,兼具精神与物质双向考量,其中性别因子反映农户精神层面的宗族观念、祖业观念,其余因子反映物质层面的农业生产便利性、宅基地整治权属调整风险性及宅基地租赁收益性、宅基地权益合法性和长期稳定性。Homestead rectification is an important measure to optimize the rural spatial structure and improve the living environment. The adjustment of ownership is one of the key links. Based on the household survey data of 31 villages in 7 cities of Guangdong province, this paper uses the logistics model and comprehensive interview records to analyze the decision-making factors and decision-making logic of the adjustment of the ownership of homestead rectification in the urban-rural integration development. The results show that the ownership adjustment of the fanner's house site is more frequent but the overall adjustment willingness is lower. Men, people who have heard of the policy of rectification of homesteads, agriculture-based and nonagricultural- based farmers have a lower willingness to participate in the adjustment of ownership in the homestead rectification, and there is no homestead certificate, high-income families and fanners with high medical insurance participation rates are willing to participate. Under the influence of many decision-making factors, farmers follow the logic of " clan maintenance and risk aversion, interest chasing”,which has both spiritual and material considerations. The gender factor reflects the clan concept and ancestral concept of the farmer's spiritual level, and the remaining factors, such as the convenience of agricultural production, the adjustment of the risk of homestead rectification, the profitability of homestead leasing, the legality of homestead equity and long-term stability, reflect the material level.
