摘  要:LED量子效率仪由LED阵列、直流可调稳压电源、PLC、光导管、I-V放大器、数据采集卡、计算机与测试软件组成。与传统量子效率仪相比,利用LED代替氙灯或卤素灯,提供准单色光;利用光导管汇聚光;I-V放大器与数据采集卡代替锁相放大器和斩波器,将太阳电池产生的弱电流信号采集到计算机。未使用单色仪、锁相放大器、斩波器,成本降低;未使用单色仪,测试速度提高,测试时间小于40 s。LED量子效率仪测试结果的不准确度小于0.1%;稳定之后,不稳定度小于0.6%;连续工作9个小时,不重复度小于0.5%。The LED-based quantum efficiency(QE)instrument is composed of LED arrays,direct-current adjustable voltagestabilized power source,PLC,light pipe,I-V amplifier,data acquisition card,computer and test software.Compared with the traditional QE instrument,LEDs is employed as the light source to provide quasi-monochromatic light instead of xenon lamps or halogen lamps.The light is collected by a light pipe.Using I-V amplifier and data acquisition card to replace lock-in amplifier,and chopper is used to collect the weak current signal produced by solar cells to the computer.There is no monochromator,no lock-in amplifier,no chopper,the cost of the LED-based QE instrument is greatly reduced.Without monochrometer,the test speed is improved and the time is less than 40 s.The inaccuracy of test results of the LED-based QE instrument is less than 0.1%.The instability is less than 0.6%in a steady state.The non-repeatability is less than 0.5%in 9 hours'continuous work.
