摘 要:为提升配电网应对极端扰动事件(如自然灾害、人为攻击等)的恢复能力,文中提出一种基于单元制规划的配电网弹性恢复机制。首先,研究配电网单元制规划的方法,明确配电网单元制规划的实施流程;其次,从配电网单元的重要性和配电网单元电网的重要性两方面入手,根据层次分析法构建基于单元制规划的配电网弹性恢复机制评估指标体系;最后,科学确定评估指标体系的评分标准,定量评估、综合评价配电网单元整体重要程度,最终明确配电网单元的弹性恢复顺序。通过对某区配电网单元弹性恢复机制进行实例研究,研究结论科学合理,验证了该机制的有效性和科学性。In order to improve the resilience of distribution network in response to extreme disturbance events(such as natural disasters,man-made attacks,etc.),a method of elastic restoration mechanism of distribution network unit system planning is presented in this paper.First of all,the author studied the method of distribution network unit system planning and made clear the implementation process of distribution network unit system planning.Secondly,the importance of distribution network unit and the importance of distribution network unit grid are considened,Finally,scientifically determining the grading standards of the evaluation index system,quantitatively assessing and evaluating the overall importance of the distribution network unit,and finally the elastic recovery process of the distribution network unit is made clear.Through the case study of the elastic recovery mechanism of distribution network unit in a district,the validity and scientificity of this mechanism are verified.
