益肾活血方治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症的临床研究

摘　　要：【目的】研究益肾活血方治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效及其对骨密度的影响。【方法】将189例糖尿病性骨质疏松症患者随机分为治疗组103例和对照组86例。2组患者均在原降糖治疗的基础上服用维D钙咀嚼片、阿法骨化醇软胶囊,治疗组同时给予益肾活血方颗粒口服治疗,3个月为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。观察2组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、骨密度(BMD)值的变化情况,并评价2组的临床疗效。【结果】(1)治疗2个疗程后,治疗组的总有效率为85.4%,对照组为73.3%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者BMD值均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组对BMD值升高作用明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的FBG和HbA1c水平均较治疗前有降低的趋势,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后组间比较,差异也均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】运用益肾活血方治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症,具有较好疗效,能明显改善患者临床症状,并有助于降低FBG和HbA1c水平,增加骨密度。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yishen Huoxue Recipe for diabetic osteoporosis (DOP) and to observe its effect on the bone mineral density (BMD) of DOP patients. Methods A total of 189 DOP patients were randomly divided into treatment group (103 cases) and control group (86 cases). The patients of the two groups took Vitamin D Calcium Chewable Tablets and Alfacalciferol Soft Capsules orally on the basis of hypoglycemic treatment, and additionally, the treatment group was given the granules of Yishen Huoxue Recipe orally. The course of treatment covered 6 months. Before and after treatment, fasting blood glucose (FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin Alc (HbAlc) and BMD were observed. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results (1) After treatment for 2 courses, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.4%, and was superior to that (73.3%) of the control group , the difference being significant between the two groups (P < 0.05).(2) After treatment, BMD in both groups was increased significantly (P < 0.05), and the increase of BMD in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P < 0.05).(3) After treatment, FBG and HbAlc in both groups showed a decreasing trend, but the differences were insignificant compared with those before treatment (P > 0.05), and the differences between the two groups after treatment were also insignificant (P > 0.05). Conclusion Yishen Huoxue Recipe is effective for the treatment of DOP. It can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of DOP patients and is helpful to the decresae of FBG and HbAlc, and to the increase of BMD.
