耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷治疗化疗所致恶心呕吐的疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷治疗化疗所致恶心呕吐的临床疗效。【方法】将60例出现恶心呕吐症状的女性乳腺癌化疗患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组给予耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷治疗,对照组给予单纯穴位贴敷,治疗7 d后观察2组患者治疗前后恶心呕吐及卡氏(KPS)评分情况,评价2组患者的临床疗效。【结果】治疗7 d后,治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为73.3%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组KPS评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷治疗化疗所致恶心呕吐的效果明显优于单纯穴位贴敷,可改善患者的生活质量,且简便易行,疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular point sticking-pressure combined with acupoint application for the treatment of chemotherapy- induced nausea and vomiting. Methods Sixty breast cancer patients with chemotherapy- induced nausea and vomiting were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group received auricular point sticking- pressure combined with acupoint application, and the control group received acupoint application alone. After 7- day treatment, the clinical curative efficacy in the two groups was observed, and the scores of nausea, vomiting and Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) were compared in the two groups before and after treatment. Results After 7-day treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7% and was 73.3% in the control group and the total effective rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group, the difference being statistically significant (P < 0.05), and the KPS score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group , the difference being statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion Auricular point sticking-pressure combined with acupoint application has stronger effect on the treatment of chemotherapy- induced nausea and vomiting than acupoint application alone by improving quality of life, and it is simple, practical and effective.
