摘　　要：林氏正骨推拿流派是林应强教授从中医整体观念出发,将武术和古人的经验与现代医学结合创立的以爆发力为特点的徒手正骨推拿技术。在诊治骨错缝、筋出槽方面疗效显著,枕大神经痛属筋骨类疾病,尤其适合使用林氏正骨手法进行治疗,本文从骨正筋柔理论探析林氏正骨疗法治疗枕大神经痛的理论渊源和临证思路,为临床运用林氏正骨疗法治疗枕大神经痛提供参考。LIN's bone-setting massage doctrine is an unarmed bone-setting massage technique characterized by the use of explosive power, which was developed by Professor LIN Ying-Qiang through the combination of Chinese Wushu and the ancients' experiences with modern medicine based on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM ) holism concept. It has remarkable curative effect for the diagnosis and treatment of bone dislocation and tendon malposition. In the field of TCM, the greater occipital neuralgia belongs to tendon and bone diseases and is the very indication of LIN's bone- setting manipulation. We discussed the theoretical origin and clinical guideline of LIN' s bone- setting massage in treating greater occipital neuralgia so as to provide the reference for it clinical application.
