林丽珠中医维持治疗鼻咽癌用药规律的数据挖掘分析

摘　　要：收集林丽珠教授中医维持治疗鼻咽癌门诊患者的处方,采用“中医传承辅助平台”分析林丽珠教授中医维持治疗鼻咽癌的用药规律。结果共筛选出林丽珠教授中医维持治疗鼻咽癌的处方360首,涉及中药168味;使用频次在52次以上的药物有39味,前3味分别是甘草、红豆杉、僵蚕;用药频次居前58位的中药主要可归为宣肺清热药、化痰散结药、养阴补肾药、祛瘀通络药和健脾益气药共5类药;聚类分析后演化得到11首新方组合。分析结果提示林丽珠教授中医维持治疗鼻咽癌用药以宣肺清热、疏肝理气、滋补肝肾为主,常辅以化痰祛瘀、利窍通络之品,体现其诊治鼻咽癌多从肺、肝、肾三脏入手,在整体观念指导下将辨病与辨证、扶正与祛邪相结合,着重提高患者的生活质量及延长生存期,倡导“带瘤生存”的理念。The prescriptions prescribed by professor LIN Li-Zhu for the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma outpatients in the clinic were collected for the investigation of medication rules with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)maintenance treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma by using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(TCMISP). A total of 360 prescriptions involving 168 herbs were enrolled into the analysis. There were 39 herbs with the medication frequency above 52, and the leading 3 herbs were Radix Glycyrrhizae,Ramulus Taxi Cuspidatae,and Bombyx Batryticatus. The leading 58 herbs with high medication frequency can be classified into 5 categories of dispersing lung to clear heat,resolving phlegm to dissipate mass,nourishing yin and tonifying kidney,removing blood-stasis and dredging collaterals,and replenishing spleen and strengthening Qi.A total of 11 new candidate recipes were obtained after cluster analysis. The results indicated that the therapeutic therapies of Professor LIN Li-Zhu for the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with TCM maintenance treatment were dispersing lung to clear heat,soothing liver and regulating Qi,and nourishing liver and kidney,assisted with the drugs for resolving phlegm and removing blood-stasis, and clearing orifices and dredging collaterals.Professor LIN Li-Zhu stressed that the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with TCM maintenance treatment should be based on the treatment of lung,liver and kidney,combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, and the treatment of supporting healthy Qi to eliminate pathogens by the guidance of holistic concept,so as to improve the quality of life of the patients and prolong the survival period,advocating survival with tumor.
