从肿瘤微环境正常化探讨活血化瘀法及除痰散结法在肿瘤治疗中的机制

摘　　要：肿瘤微环境由间质细胞、细胞外基质及肿瘤血管构成,是肿瘤细胞赖以存活、生长及增殖的环境。肿瘤微环境具有乏氧、高乳酸浓度及低pH值、高组织间隙液压及高固体压力4个特性;促进肿瘤微环境正常化应成为常规的现代肿瘤治疗策略。中医活血化瘀法及除痰散结法治疗肿瘤的机制即为通过促进肿瘤血管正常化及减少细胞外基质来实现肿瘤微环境正常化。Tumor microenvironment consists of mesenchymal cells, extracellular matrix and tumor blood vessels, which is the environment for tumor cells to live, grow and proliferate. It is summarized that tumor microenvironment has 4 significant features of hypoxia, high lactic acid concentration, low pH value, high interstitial fluid pressure and high solid tissue pressure. The modern therapeutic strategy for tumor is to promote the normalization of tumor microenvironment. The mechanism of blood- activating and stasis- removing therapy and phlegm- removing and mass- dissipating therapy for the treatment of tumor can be achieved by promoting the normalization of tumor blood vessels and reducing the extracellular matrix.
