中药干预慢性肾脏病心脏损害的研究进展

摘　　要：慢性肾脏病可导致各器官的损害,心脏损害是其主要的并发症。慢性肾脏病心脏损害的根本病机为“正虚邪伏”,正虚以心脾肾亏虚为要,邪伏主要表现为水、湿、痰、瘀、毒病理产物内伏。针对慢性肾脏病心脏损害病机的补虚扶正的单味中药有黄芪、人参、山茱萸、红景天、枸杞子等,重在祛邪的单味中药有泽泻、土茯苓、丹参、红花、泽兰、川芎、大黄、虎杖、积雪草等;中药复方有半夏白术天麻汤、济生肾气丸、益气温阳活血利水方、真武汤、芪苈强心胶囊、交泰丸、参附强心丸、肾康注射液、参芪益肾强心方、肾衰方等。Chronic kidney disease(CKD)can lead to organ damage,and heart damage is the main complication.It is believed that deficiency of healthy Qi with the retention of pathogenic Qi is the fundamental pathogenesis of CKD in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,and the deficiency of healthy Qi is characterized by insufficiency of spleen and kidney,while the retention of pathogenic Qi is manifested as the retention of pathogenic factors of excessive water, dampness, phlegm, blood-stasis and toxins. For the treatment of CKD with heart damage,single herbs of Radix Astragali,Radix Ginseng,Fructus Corni,Herba Rhodiolae Sacrae,and Fructus Lycii are indicated for the pathogenesis of healthy Qi deficiency,and single herbs of Rhizoma Alismatis,Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Flos Carthami,Herba Lycopi,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati and Herba Centellae are indicated for eliminating the pathogenic factors. The compound herbal recipes for CKD with heart damage include Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction,Jisheng Shenqi Pills,Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Recipe,Zhenwu Decoction,Qi Li Qiangxin Capsules,Jiaotai Pills,Shen Fu Qiangxin Pills,Shenkang Injection,Shen Qi Yishen Qiangxin Recipe,Shenshuai Recipe,etc..
