摘 要:旨在通过光核桃种子表型性状变异特点来揭示影响表型性状遗传变异的因素,更好地开发及利用光核桃资源.对林芝地区50处的光核桃种子样本的横径、厚度、纵径、果形指数及单粒重几项形态学指标进行研究.结果表明:各表型性状P值均小于0.01,说明光核桃种子的表型性状产生了显著的遗传分化,其中,单粒重的变异系数最高(28. 71%),厚度的变异系数最低(10.43%);聚类分析后可将不同样本种质资源整体分为3个类群,但不同样本的形态分类与地理来源无一致关系,而海拔高度与光核桃种子的各表型性状高度相关,同时果形指数及单粒重与果肉可溶性固形物高度相关.因此,西藏林芝地区光核桃在表型性状上存在由海拔梯度引起的变异,而非地理区隔因素.The purpose of this study was to reveal the factors influencing the genetic variation of phenotypic traits through the phenotypic traits variation characteristics of Prunus mira seeds, so as to better develop and utilize the Prunus mira phenotypic resources. The cross diameter, thickness, longitudinal diameter, fruit shape index and single grain weight of Prunus mira seed samples were studied. The results showed that the P values of all phenotypic traits were less than 0.01, indicating that the phenotypic traits of Prunus mira seeds had significant genetic differentiation. After clustering analysis, the germplasm resources of different samples can be divided into three groups, but the morphological classification of different samples is not consistent with the geographical source, while the altitude is highly correlated with the phenotypic traits of Prunus mira seeds. At the same time, fruit shape index and single grain weight were highly correlated with soluble solids in pulp. Therefore, the phenotypic traits of Prunus miras in Nyingchi prefecture of Tibet might be caused by elevation gradient rather than geographical factors.
