摘  要:为提高佛手瓜的质量安全和栽培品质,增加种植户的收入,对新丰佛手瓜有机栽培技术进行总结,包括产地环境要求、施肥整地、育苗技术、田间管理、病虫害绿色防治技术、采收技术等方面的内容。通过有机栽培技术的推广,新丰佛手瓜每667 m2产量为5 000~6 000 kg,平均每667 m2产值6 000元左右,效益显著。In order to improve the quality, safety and cultivation quality of sechium edule and increase the income of growers, the organic cultivation technologies of sechium edule were summarized, including the environmental requirements of producing area, fertilization and preparation, seedling raising technology,field management, green pest control technology and harvesting technology and so on. Through the promotion of organic cultivation technology, the yield of sechium edule in Xinfeng reached 5 000-6 000 kg per 667 m2, with an average output value of about 6 000 yuan per 667 m2. The benefit was remarkable.
