摘  要:肉苁蓉属植物是传统的补肾壮阳中药,多糖为其主要活性成分之一。肉苁蓉类药材多糖的生物活性与其物理化学性质联系紧密。本文对肉苁蓉属药材多糖的提取及含量测定方法进行综述。其中,肉苁蓉的提取方法包括传统浸提法、微波辅助提取、超声辅助提取及酶法提取。多糖的含量测定对肉苁蓉属药物的质量控制具有极其重要的作用,其方法包括比色法及光散射法等。本文对以上方法进行综述,以期为肉苁蓉属多糖的检测及药材质量控制提供参考。Cistanche is a traditional Chinese medicine for the kidney and impotence.Polysaccharide is a main active ingredient.The biological activity of the polysaccharides of Cistanche is closely related to its physicochemical properties.The extraction methods of Cistanche include traditional extraction,microwaveassisted extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction and enzymatic extraction.Content determination of polysaccharide plays an important role in the quality control of Cistanche.The content determination methods include colorimetry and light scattering.It is expected that this review can offer reference for the detection of polysaccharides of Cistanche and the quality control of medicinal materials.
