摘 要:目的应用19F核磁共振定量(19F-NMR)技术测定帕利哌酮的含量。方法以4-溴-2-氟乙酰苯胺为内标,氘代二氯甲烷为溶剂,测定帕利哌酮的19F-NMR,通过比较样品定量峰与内标物质响应峰峰面积,计算帕利哌酮的含量。结果该方法进样精密度RSD为0.82%;重复性RSD为0.91%;溶液在6h内稳定;3批帕利哌酮平均含量分别为97.40%、97.89%、97.60%,RSD分别为0.41%、0.42%、0.57%。结论本文建立的19F-NMR法可以准确快速地测定帕利哌酮的含量。Objective To establish a 19F nuclear magnetic resonance(19F-NMR)method to determine the content of paliperidone.Methods The internal standard was 4’-bromo-2’-fluoroacetanilide,CD2Cl+2 was used as the solvent in 19F-NMR to characterize paliperidone and calculate the content of paliperidone by comparing the response peak area of the sample and the internal standard.Results Precision of paliperidone RSD was 0.82%and repeatability RSD was 0.91%.The solution stabled in 6 h.The average content of 3 batches of paliperidone was 97.40%,97.89%,and 97.60%;RSD was 0.41%,0.42%,and 0.57%,respectively.Conclusion 19 F quantitative NMR can be used to determine the content of paliperidone precisely and rapidly.
