柏子养心丸中醋五味子的质量控制方法研究

摘　　要：目的建立柏子养心丸中醋五味子的质量控制方法。方法采用TLC法检查柏子养心丸中安五脂素,以硅胶G为固定相,三氯甲烷-丙酮(60∶1)为展开剂;采用HPLC法测定柏子养心丸中五味子醇甲的含量,以Waters Symmetry C18为色谱柱,乙腈-水(42∶58,v/v)为流动相,检测波长250nm。结果薄层色谱灵敏度高,专属性强。高效液相色谱分离效率高,五味子醇甲在2.07~41.40μg·mL^-1内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);高、中、低浓度平均回收率均高于97.0%(n=3)。结论该方法准确、简便、可行。对所有样品进行检验,不合格率为17.9%,能有效控制醋五味子的质量及投料情况,可作为柏子养心丸的质量控制方法。Objective To establish the quality control method for schisandra chinensis processed with vinegar in Baizi Yangxin pill.Methods TLC method was used to detect the anwuligan in Baizi Yangxin pill,using silica gel G as the stationary phase,and trichloromethane-acetone(60∶1)as the developing solvent.HPLC method was used to determinate schisandrin in Baizi Yangxin pills,performed on Waters Symmetry C18 column with acetonitrile-water(42∶58,v/v)as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 250 nm.Results TLC showed high sensitivity and strong specificity.Separation efficiency of HPLC was high.The linear range of schisandrin was 2.07-41.40μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999).The average recoveries of high,medium,and low concentration were all bigger than 97.0%(n=3).Conclusion The method is accurate,simple and feasible.By inspecting all samples,the unqualified rate is 17.9%.The method can effectively control the quality of Baizi Yangxin pills and the feeding of Schisandra chinensis processed with vinegar.
