摘 要:目的建立了气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法测定碘帕醇注射液胶塞中对叔丁基苯酚与2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)迁移到注射液中含量的分析方法。方法色谱柱为DB-5MS毛细管柱(30m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),程序升温,选择离子监测模式(SIM),对叔丁基苯酚m/z 135,BHT m/z 205。结果对叔丁基苯酚在5.0688~101.376 ng·m L^-1和BHT在5.283 45~105.669 ng·m L^-1内与峰面积的线性关系良好;对叔丁基苯酚和BHT的平均回收率分别为94.2%和95.4%,RSD分别为2.2%和2.8%。结论该方法简便易行、准确度高、灵敏性好,可用于胶塞中对叔丁基苯酚与BHT迁移到注射液中含量的检测。Objective To establish a GC-MS method for the determination of p-tert-butylphenol and butylated hydroxytoluene(BHT)transferred from the rubber into iodopahol injection.Methods The column was DB-5 MS capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)with programmed heating.Detection was performed by mass spectrometry in selective ion monitoring mode with m/z 135 for p-tert-butylphenol and m/z 205 for BHT.Results The linear relationship between the concentration and the peak area of p-tert-butylphenol and BHT was good at 5.0688-101.376 ng·mL^-1 and 5.283 45-105.669 ng·mL^-1,respectively.The average recoveries of p-tert-butylphenol and BHT were 94.2%and 95.4%,and RSDs were 2.2%and 2.8%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and sensitive,and can be used to determine p-tert-butylphenol and BHT from the rubber in iodopahol injection.
