摘　　要：探讨临床药师在格林巴利综合征患者药学监护实践中的作用。通过对用药适应证及禁忌证的审核,临床药师积极参与格林巴利患者治疗策略的制定,可为临床医师提供临床合理用药治疗建议。格林巴利综合征患者应避免使用免疫原性药物,特别是外源性神经节苷脂。临床药师参与多学科治疗团队,能为药物治疗决策提供积极帮助,为患者提供合理的用药宣教,保证临床用药安全、有效、经济。To determine the role of clinical pharmacists in pharmaceutical care for a patient with GuillainBarre syndrome,We checked the indications and contraindications of the prescriptions,and provided reasonable recommendations for clinicians.Use of immunogenic drugs,especially exogenous gangliosides,should be avoided on patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome.In the multidisciplinary team,clinical pharmacists offer for developing therapeutic strategies,to ensure safe,effective and efficient clinical medications.
