从博弈模型分析两国间知识产权贸易壁垒的设置趋势及对策

摘　　要：知识产权贸易壁垒作为国际贸易中一种比较典型的非关税壁垒,在占领市场和保护市场方面的作用日益凸显。通过建立两国间知识产权贸易壁垒的完全信息静态博弈模型和不完全信息博弈模型,从纳什均衡解来分析两国间知识产权贸易壁垒的设置趋势,并分析突破发达国家知识产权贸易壁垒的途径。As a typical non-tariff barrier in international trade, intellectual property trade barrier plays an increasingly prominent role in occupying and protecting markets. Through the establishment of complete information static game model and incomplete information game model of intellectual property trade barriers between the two countries, this paper analyses the setting trend of intellectual property trade barriers between the two countries from Nash equilibrium solution, and analyses the ways to break through intellectual property trade barriers in developed countries.
