摘　　要：草原生态文明建设是统筹“山水林田湖草”系统治理的生态文明建设整体布局中极其重要的一环。草原是中国坚固的陆地生态屏障,草牧业是牧区等草原生态文明建设的载体。草原生态文明建设既是解决民族矛盾,使牧民摆脱贫困,戍边维稳的必经之路,又是建设美丽中国,实现五位一体全面小康的主战场。本文针对其建设中现状与不足,重点从科技支撑层面阐述了新的战略需求。The construction of grassland ecological civilization is an extremely important link in the overall layout of ecological civilization construction for overall planning of "landscape,forest,field,lake and grass" system governance. Grassland is a solid land ecological barrier in China. Grassland husbandry is the carrier of grassland ecological civilization construction in pastoral areas and other areas. The construction of grassland ecological civilization is not only the only way to solve the national contradiction,make herdsmen get rid of poverty and maintain stability,but also the main battlefield to build a beautiful China and realize a well-off society in an all-round way. In view of the current situation and shortcomings in its construction, this paper focuses on explaining the new strategic needs from the level of scientific and technological support.
