晋中市现代产业体系构建中的问题与对策

摘　　要：为落实《国务院关于支持山西省进一步深化改革促进资源型经济转型发展的意见》,晋中市积极构建现代产业体系,为全市经济社会稳定发展提供了重要支撑,但也存在产业结构偏重、产业链条偏短,新产业、新业态发展水平较低等问题。本文指出了晋中市三个发展方向及建议:提升企业自主创新能力,加快工业新型化进程;以创建国家现代农业示范区为引领,不断提升农业综合生产能力;发挥区位和文化优势,促进服务业提档升级。In order to implement the views of the State Council on supporting Shanxi province to further deepen reform and promote resource-based economic transformation and development,it has actively constructed a modern industrial system in Jinzhong city,which has provided important support for the stable economic and social development of the whole city. But there are also some problems,such as the emphasis on industrial structure,the short industrial chain,the low level of development of new industry,new business type. This paper points out three developing directions and suggestions in Jinzhong city: promoting the ability of enterprises on independent innovation and speeding up the process of new-type industry;taking the establishment of national modern agricultural demonstration area as the guide,and continuously improving the comprehensive agricultural production capacity;exploiting location and cultural advantages,and promote the upgrading of the service sector.
