郑州市某三甲医院中青年妇科癌症患者恐惧疾病进展现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查中青年妇科癌症患者恐惧疾病进展现状并分析其影响因素,为改善其生活质量提供参考。方法采用一般资料调查表、癌症患者恐惧疾病进展简化量表、一般自我效能感量表对郑州市某所三甲医院的148名中青年妇科癌症患者进行问卷调查,并分析其影响因素。结果中青年妇科癌症患者恐惧疾病进展得分为(27.99±4.09)分,其中14.19%的患者为心理功能失调(≥34分)。一般自我效能感(B=-0.46,95%CI:-0.64^-0.28)、年龄(<35岁,B=3.98,95%CI:2.12~5.83;35~45岁,B=3.35,95%CI:1.79~4.90;45~55岁,B=1.41,95%CI:0.30~2.53)、确诊时间(<1个月,B=3.47,95%CI:2.06~4.87;1~6个月,B=1.46,95%CI:0.25~2.68)是恐惧疾病进展的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论医护人员应充分了解中青年妇科癌症患者的不同需求,制定个性化的干预策略,及时将患者对疾病发展的恐惧降到合适水平,从而提高患者的生活质量。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the status and analyze the influencing factors for the fear of disease progression in young and middle-aged gynecological cancer patients. Methods A total of 148 young and middleaged gynecological cancer patients from a third-grade general hospital in Zhengzhou city were investigated using the General Information Questionnaire, the Fear of Progression Questionnaire -Short Form, and the General Self-Efficacy Scale. Results The score of fear disease progression in young and middle -aged gynecological cancer patients was 27.99 ±4.09. Approximately 14.19% participants had a dysfunctional level of FoP-Q-SF ( M34 points ). General self-efficacy (B=-0.46, 95% CI:-0.64-0.28), age (<35 years, B=3.9895% CI: 2.12-5.83;35 to 45 years, 5=3.35, 95% CI: 1.79-4.90;45 to 55 years, B=1.41, 95% CI: 0.30-2.53), and time of diagnosis (<1 month, B=3.47, 95% CI: 2.06-4.87;1 to 6 months, B=1.51, 95% CI: 0.39-2.62), were the influencing factors for fear of disease progression (P<0.05). Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to relevant factors of young and middle-aged gynecological cancer patients and develop targeted intervention.
