土地流转、农业适度规模化及农户增收的多维度检视——基于三省584户农业经营户调研数据的实证研究

摘　　要：本文通过对山东、湖南、重庆三地210个自然村共584位农户调研获得的第一手调研数据,运用倾向得分匹配法,验证了农户成立家庭农场(扩大经营规模需求)与流入土地意愿存在因果关联。然后分别针对流入土地农户、流出土地或未参与流转农户,借助工具变量法进行农户收入影响因素分类检验,并使用扩展回归进行稳健性检测,发现强社会关系治理、参与合作社经营、发展电商,增加农业投入、政府扶持均有助于提高规模化经营农户的实际农业收入;而针对未参与土地流转或流出土地农户,农户的企业家能力、发展电商情况与其农业收入正相关,参与合作社经营对农户收益影响不显著。Based on the first-hand survey data of 584 rural households surveyed in 210 natural villages in Shandong,Hunan and Chongqing provinces,this paper uses the propensity score matching method to verify the existence and cause of the farmer's establishment of family farms(demand to expand the scale of business)and the willingness to flow into the land.Furthermore,for the inflowing land farmers,the outflowing land farmers and farmers who are not involved in land transfer,the instrumental variable method is used to classify the income influencing factors,and the extended regression is used to conduct the robustness test.The following conclusions are drawn:strengthening social relations governance,participating in cooperative management,the development of e-commerce,the increase of agricultural input and government support are all conducive to increasing the actual agricultural income of large-scale farmers;and for farmers who are not involved in land transfer or outflow land,their entrepreneurial ability and the development of e-commerce are positively related to their agricultural income,and the participation of cooperatives has no significant impact on the income.
