川百止痒洗剂联合糠酸莫米松治疗儿童顽固性湿疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析川百止痒洗剂联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗儿童顽固性湿疹的临床疗效。方法将入组的确诊儿童顽固性湿疹患儿76例,随机分为对照组(36例)和观察组(40例)。对照组给予糠酸莫米松乳膏单药治疗,观察组给予川百止痒洗剂联合糠酸莫米松乳膏联合治疗。比较两组患儿的疗效、瘙痒程度、生活质量和复发情况。结果治疗1个疗程后,对照组和观察组在治疗效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),瘙痒和生活质量较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),但两组在改善程度上的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿的复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论川百止痒洗剂和糠酸莫米松乳膏联合用药治疗儿童顽固性湿疹,疗效确切,且能改善复发情况。Objective To analysis the clinical efficacy of chuanbaizhiyangxiji combined with mometasone furoate cream for treatment of refractory eczema in children.Methods Totally 76 children diagnosed as refractory eczema were enrolled and randomly divided into control group (36 cases) and observation group (40 cases).The control group was given mometasone furoate cream monotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Chuanbaizhiyangxiji combined with mometasone furoate cream.Then to compare the efficacy,itching,quality of life and recurrence of the two groups.Results After treatment for 1 courses,there was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups ( P >0.05),and the pruritus and the quality of life were significantly improved ( P <0.05) compared before treatment,but the difference between the two groups was no significant ( P >0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chuanbaizhiyangxiji and mometasone furoate cream is effective in treating intractable eczema in children,and can improve the recurrence.
