摘  要:近年来,维生素D对糖代谢的影响值得关注。维生素D缺乏可导致糖尿病发生率增加,并进一步影响胰岛β细胞活性并加重胰岛素抵抗,从而加快糖尿病进展。研究同样证实维生素D缺乏对糖尿病大血管及微血管的并发症存在负面影响,值得重视的是母体维生素D缺乏同样影响子代胰岛功能及心血管结局,需要积极干预。In recent years,the influence of vitamin D on glucose metabolism is noteworthy. Vitamin D deficiency can lead to an increase in diabetes, and further affect the activity of islet beta cells and aggravate insulin resistance, thereby accelerate the progression of diabetes. The study also confirms that vitamin D deficiency has a negative effect on the macrovascular and microvascular complications of diabetes, and it is worth noting that maternal vitamin D deficiency also affects the pancreatic islet function and cardiovascular outcome of the offspring, and requires active intervention.
